Labelling systems
A very strong combination with Kirk-Rudy’s feeders and vacuum transport base systems is the integration with print & apply systems.
With this integration we develop a standalone solution to apply printed labels on packaging like unfolded boxes, blister cards, plastic bags an all other sorts of products.
When it is required to apply a label on the front and back side of packaging we supply standard solutions like the KR445 Turn over system.
We can also extent the system with our Kirk-Rudy camera systems and software to read all information on the labels, like barcodes(1D,2D) or serial numbers, to verify and match all data automatically.

Vacuum Transport Systems, Feeders & Folding Systems
Folding systems
The Kirk-Rudy vacuum base systems are designed to handle materials with the highest possible accuracy and the highest possible speed.
The Kirk-Rudy transport systems are tailor made for each application to transport a wide variaty of materials.
From credit card size to 40 inch wide transport systems are produced.
The transport systems are available with a Kirk-Rudy vacuum shuttle feeder integrated in the system, the KR215, or as a in-line transport system without a feeder, the KR219.
Add folding capability to your KR card attaching system using the KR 219 RSF
Connect the KR 219 RSF inline with your card attaching system to score and fold a variety of paper products. An in-feed registration system ensures accuracy and reliability. Dual scoring wheels adjust across the entire paper path for maximum flexibility. Setups are fast and easy using the sliding bed arrangement for aligning the score with the fold plate.

Kirk-Rudy MatchMate Camera Control Systems
MatchMate Modules
The new Kirk-Rudy MatchMate System will consist of three new modules: Read/Write, Write/Read (Verification) and Duplex Printing. These three modules will communicate with the Inkjet Print Control Module to accept the additional inputs from peripheral devices (readers, encoders, proximity sensors, etc.) and outputs for communication. The system will be designed to mount on various manufacturers’ equipment and track the product through the process and perform one of the three modules functions.
The MatchMate software is designed to communicate with systems of Bührs, Pitney Bowes, CMC, Bell & Howell etc.. The software tracks every document down the system to know what the position of the document exactly is in the system and what has happend with this document.
This alows MatchMate to bring selective feeding to every system and to communicate with Pick & Place systems or even Hot Meld systems.

Kirk-Rudy\'s 203P system attaches a wide variety of cards and pre-packaged samples onto various mailers and inserts using quick-setting hot melt glue
An affordable alternative to high priced attaching systems, the KR 203P System is ideally suited for small to mid volume operations requiring quick set-up, ease of use and reliability. Hot melt glue is automatically applied to the media as it leaves the KR shuttle feeder. Cards or sample packs are accurately placed onto the media by the KR Pick and Place head. Where appropriate, peel-away adhesives permit product removal and easy clean-up. Use the optional dual hopper kit for placing two cards side by side or the plow fold station for in-line folding
