Kirk-Rudy’s latest innovation in encoding!

The KR687 encoding system is the latest development by Kirk-Rudy.
It is a high volume magnetic strip encoding and verification system that will encode magnetic strips as well as read magnetic strips and use this information to print with a Kirk-Rudy UV inkjet system on the cards.

The KR687 is designed to integrate with other Kirk-Rudy modules like feeders, vacuum transport bases and turnover systems.

The system features the Kirk-Rudy’s renowned XMatch software that will track the plastic cards or products for up and downstream cameras and print applications.
The Kirk-Rudy tracking system will track each individual card to guarantee that each card is printed with the corresponding information.

The KR687 supports a variety of card stocks,( PVC, PET, PETG, Coated card stock etc), enabling it to run jobs at speeds up to 30.000 cards per hour. The KR687 can also be configured for non-CR80 card applications such as gift cards.

The system features encoding capability of low 7 high coercivity standard, track 1 & 2 and track 3 optional.

No other encoding system matches the performance, versatility and ease of use!

The KR687 is a very nice expansion in the plastic card industry were Kirk-Rudy has already many satisfied customers with the Kirk-Rudy UV inkjet systems, card Pick & Place systems as well as the Kirk-Rudy servo card attaching system.
